If you’re interested in the health, fitness and wellness of Black women, then we’d love for you to join us as a guest writer!

CRUSH Fitness Magazine aims to be the destination — the haven — for 30+ women of color to go for their health, fitness, nutrition, wellness and life needs. We understand the struggles of time-crunched moms and professionals who can’t muster up the motivation to get healthy. We have been those women at some point in our lives. We were tired of it, too. So, with this effort, we’ve rolled up our sleeves to help create the solutions, research the best tips and strategies and provide the sisterhood circle for women like us to not just get healthy, but learn, grow and laugh.

Who Should Write for CRUSH?

We invite women of color to pitch topics around any of the following topics:

  • Fitness
  • Food
  • Mind & Body
  • Style & Beauty

We are especially interested in working with women who are certified fitness instructors, medical professionals, and registered dietitians who can share their expertise with our readership. We also invite you to pitch opinion and first-person stories.

As with any publication, we cannot guarantee that your submission will be published.

Why CRUSH?

We believe in our brand and the value we offer to the health & fitness community. Black women make up a growing number of women with a  strong interest in their physical well-being, yet we have minimal representation in mainstream publications. We aim to be the voice and resource.

While we currently cannot offer payment for  article submissions, we can guarantee access to an engaged audience, promotion across social media (we want to help your brand grow, too!), and the opportunity to grow with a startup.
